In between our flights from Utah to London, we had a stop in LA. During our first flights my headphones stopped working. I was freaking out about flying 12 hours without out my noise canceling headphones. Consequently, we stopped at the Outlets at Orange to see if they could help. Carlo, the store manager, is awesome. He was able to quickly address our headphone concerns, making sure we left the store with a working set of Bose QC25 noise canceling headphones. In a world where people do not always work together, respect one another, or give kind customer service, Carlo goes above and beyond, reminding everyone how valued customer service should be done. What a state of the art retail store! I love the modern/ minimalist design that has become a staple in the Tech world. For the past 2-3 years I’ve used the same earbuds when flying, and I decided it was time for an upgrade to something nicer. I have always thought that Bose had the best audio and the quality difference is so noticeable from the moment you slip the headphones on. Comfortable, and the sound is crystal clear. After talking to Alex, the associate there, I finally decided to go with the Quiet Comfort 35 noise canceling headphones. Even though they are expensive I walked out a happy customer with a product that I know will bring me enjoyment for years to come.
I walked into the Bose store and met a nice young man named Enrique. He helped me and did a sound pouch system presentation. He gave the best customer service I have been given. And would come back to this location anytime to be helped by Enrique.
I honestly like Bose regardless of the audio heads out there. Their product have a high quality associated with them. The sound is powerful and big. It may not be the most high resolution audio out there but it is really amazing what they can do with such small enclosures. This place is an absolute must visit. The only down side is the prices. They definitely are on the high side.
Went in to find headphones and walked out with the perfect pair after explaining to the shop attendant what we were looking for! Very helpful and strait to the point! Loved that he didn't try to over sell or push us toward something we didn't want.
Sophisticated sound! Bayani showed us the home theater sound bar and it was absolutely amazing.

Terrible customer service. Went and bought the bose bluetooth eyeglasses. I did by it because nephew really wanted it but 2 salesmen were on the phone the whole time. They answered questions to the minimal and then went right back to their phone. No smile, no “can i help u?”. I get better customer service in Walmart. Don’t ever want to come back to this store again
Maribeth was most helpful today. She was able to make a replacement for my noise cancelling headphones right on the spot. There was a small fee, but was well worth it.
I love my headphones. I cannot imagine take a 5 hour flight without them.
